          Largest Online Hotel service in CHINA.

*OYO one of the known largest network of online hotel room booking service, Its CEO Ritesh Says "usually, most companies go abroad and launch as a foreign Company" 

*But we started in China as a local company that was trying to follow OYO itself as a model. Most companies hire a bilingual team of staff members in a different country. 

*we did not make it criteria, because a local company would not need a bilingual staff. if we make that a mandatory hiring condition then it would narrow our local talent pool.

*Agarwal says, " Chinese customers look for little better infrastructure at economy hotels " After 3 years of China launch, OYO has seen an occupancy growth from 25% to 65% today 

*Today, OYO is the largest hotel provider in China and the third-largest in the world. Ritesh Agarwal is a dropout that made him eligible for the peter Thiel fellowship of $100K
